Stay In This Mode If You Want To Succeed Online

Here’s a big tip for anyone involved in online marketing.

It doesn’t matter if you are making and selling your own products or acting as an affiliate. It is the same.

We should all permanently live in “test mode”.

As we find traffic sources, develop funnels, write sales copy and email copy we should always be testing and trying stuff out.

It is only by doing this that you discover those sweet spots…

You know… when everything seems to come together and you have something that you can scale.

You may think you know what will or won’t work without doing any testing but, you’d be surprised.

This week I was split testing two squeeze page variants. I made one that I thought was good but wanted to test it against something a that had a bit more visual impact – a bit more of a “pop”.

The only difference between the two was the text colour and the page background colour.

In my mind I was pretty sure that the one with more visual impact would catch attention better and would get more opt-ins. But I was wrong.

The original out performed it 3:1

But it’s not just about testing pages. It’s doing a bit of thinking outside the box.

“What would happen if I did this?” is a question that should be asked all the time.

Figure out creative ways to incentivize others to send traffic to your offers beyond just being a normal affiliate.

Maintain a childlike curiosity about ways to get more eyeballs on your products or affiliate links.

By staying in “test mode” we keep ourselves in “growth mode”.

As always, I would like to know what you think. Just comment below.

This Is Something To Test – Right Here
A traffic source that is so cheap, it is ridiculous. Having the right offer and a good follow up should get results. Follow the training but put your thinking head on and come up with other offers that this audience would snap at.
